Euro U-21: Lead scorers at end of Sunday’s group stage matches

The ongoing European Under-21 Championship in Slovakia has recorded a number of greta goals, however, a few players have excelled and stand out among their equals.

Germany forward Nick Woltemade is currently leading the goal chart with four goals to his name.

Woltemade is one goal ahead of Denmark’s William Osula on the goal chart.

This follows the conclusion of Sunday’s Euro U-21 group stage matches.

3 goals – William Osula (Denmark)
2 goals – Maksym Braharu (Ukraine)
2 goals – Geovany Quenda (Portugal)

Meanwhile, Germany and Denmark became the latest countries to advance to the last-8 stage after recording victories against Czechia and Netherlands at the weekend.

Both teams have now joined Spain and Italy who have since booked their places in the knockout stage.
