I’m tired – Justin Bieber opens up on mental health

Canadian musician Justin Bieber has opened up about his mental health struggles.

In an Instagram post on Monday, Justin Bieber shared that he feels broken and is tired of constantly being told to heal.
He revealed that he feels drained from continually trying to live up to people’s expectations.

“The more I try to grow, the more self-focused I become, and it’s exhausting,” he wrote. “I’m tired of thinking about myself,” he wrote.

The singer opened up about how broken he feels, revealing that the constant reminders to heal only add to his frustration.
“People keep telling me to heal, don’t you think if I could have fixed myself, I would have already? I know I’m broken and I know I have anger issues.
“I tried to do the work my whole life to be like the people who told me I needed to be fixed like them.
“It just keeps making me more tired and more angry. The harder I try to grow, the more focused on myself I am.
“Jesus is the only person who keeps me wanting to make my life about others. Because honestly, I’m exhausted with thinking about myself lately. Aren’t you?,” he wrote.
